Phil came out on a Sunday, and was extremely courteous and prompt. He quoted us a price prior to arrival, and did not charge us a penny more despite being here longer than he had anticipated. He was professional and did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to hire him again and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber.
